How long will my order take?
Production typically takes 1–5 business days. Once your order ships, delivery within the United States usually takes an additional 2–7 business days.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of purchase, as production begins quickly. If you need to make a change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@hopeandhallelujah.com, and we'll do our best to help.
Where are your shirts printed?
All of our apparel is printed and shipped from the United States by our trusted production partners. This allows us to provide high-quality products and fast delivery throughout the U.S.
Sizing
How do I choose the right size?
Please refer to the sizing chart available on each product page. We recommend comparing the measurements with your favorite-fitting shirt or sweatshirt for the best fit.
Our apparel features a comfortable unisex fit:
Regular Fit: Choose your usual size.
More Fitted: Size down one size.
Relaxed Fit: Size up one size.
Shipping
How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is $4.99 for orders under $89. Orders of $89 or more qualify for FREE standard shipping.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United States.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes! Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

What kind of shirts do you sell?
We offer the Comfort Colors® 1717 Unisex T-Shirt and the Gildan® 18000 Unisex Sweatshirt. We carefully selected these garments for their quality, comfort, and durability, making them perfect for everyday wear.
How should I care for my shirt?
To keep your apparel looking its best, we recommend:
- Turn the garment inside out before washing.
- Machine wash cold with similar colors.
- Use mild detergent.
- Tumble dry low or hang dry.
- Do not bleach.
- Do not dry clean.
- Do not iron directly on the printed design.

If your item arrives with a printing defect, quality issue, or you receive the wrong item or size, please contact us within 30 days. We'll make it right with a replacement or refund.

Do I need to return my item?
